Refund and Exchanges

At Karisya, every piece of jewellery is built with intention, patience, and absolute precision. We want you to feel that same sense of perfection when you wear our creations. If a piece does not resonate with you, we are here to help guide you through our straightforward return and exchange process.

Our 14-Day Return Policy

We gladly accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your Karisya jewellery must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and Unaltered: The piece must be in its original, pristine condition.
  • Original Packaging: It must be returned in its original box and pouch to ensure safe transit and protect the 24kt gold layering.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different piece or need a different size, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The same conditions of return apply. Once we receive and inspect your original piece, we will begin preparing your new selection.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the unhurried, dedicated nature of our craftsmanship, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom, bespoke, or engraved pieces (as these are uniquely woven for you).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our dedicated support team at care@karisya.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Place the unworn jewellery back in its original packaging. Please ensure it is securely padded.
  4. Ship: Send the package back to the address provided by our team. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected by our artisans to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

The Karisya Guarantee (Damaged or Defective Items)

We pride ourselves on our Baya bird philosophy—building without rush and without leaving things to chance. However, if your piece arrives damaged due to transit, or if you identify a rare manufacturing defect upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@karisya.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or repair immediately at no cost to you.
